Ada is an incredible; I absolutely adore her as a Hypnotherapist and human. I have had stomach pain, gi issues and ultimately been stuck in a fight or flight situation for 5 years. I've had every test under the sun. Even removed my gallbladder. Nothing fixed the issues that stress ultimately caused. I finally understood that while my pain is very real, it's caused by the brain gut connection. After reading a couple of books on the subject I knew what to do but now how to go about it. Then I read about Hypnotherapy and found Ada. She was so helpful in understanding what my needs were on the intake call. You can tell she truly cares about people and wants to help. We did 3 sessions and I've seen big changes in my pain and especially my response to stress. I am headed in the right direction and plan to do more sessions to address this and some other needs. I cannot recommend Ada enough; she listens - I tell her a few sentences and she can emphasize enough to put together an incredible hypnotherapy experience. I also love that she records them for you so that you can listen to them daily - which is part of the process. They are 15-20 minutes so it's entirely doable no matter how busy you are.
